While our platform may integrate with third-party intake systems, all valuations delivered under the ClaimAccept™ name are independent, certified, and issued for documentation purposes only.

2. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

ClaimAccept™ services are available to:

• Consumers seeking credible documentation for claims or resale
• Attorneys, appraisers, adjusters, or shops ordering on behalf of clients
• Insurance companies requiring certified reports for case evaluation

You agree to:

• Use our services lawfully
• Provide accurate, complete information
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent claim circumstances

ClaimAccept™ reserves the right to refuse service for suspected fraud, misuse, or eligibility concerns.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

All services must be prepaid at the time of order

Once report work begins, fees are non-refundable

Because our reports require manual preparation, all sales are final once work has begun. If a report cannot be completed due to ineligibility (e.g., salvage title, unverifiable repair), we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.

4. What Our Reports Are (and Aren’t)

5. Fulfillment & Report Delivery

Appraisals ordered via ClaimAccept.com are fulfilled either:

• In-house by licensed and certified appraisers contracted by ClaimAccept Valuations LLC, or
• Through trusted third-party appraisal firms selected for their expertise and independence

ClaimAccept™ ensures all reports are compliant with industry standards and independent of insurer or legal influence.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, templates, methodologies, and written content on ClaimAccept™ materials are the intellectual property of ClaimAccept Valuations LLC.

You may not reuse, rebrand, resell, or modify our report content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Insurance denials, delays, or negotiation results
• Legal outcomes or third-party actions
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on our reports

Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the service.
